Well-trained staff, varied breakfast, strategic location near subway and airport bus, and the famous Myeongdong shopping area. Well-equipped and a nice size rooms with comfortable beds and wake-up service. Excellent service, parking on-site. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

I loved the spacious room and the daily cleaning service. The location is perfect, right by Myeongdong market. Staff were friendly and helpful with directions. Halal restaurants are close by. Definitely a great stay for families.

The staff were helpful, especially Kim Young at the front desk, who provided detailed directions for my subway travel. My room was clean and modern, and the convenience of having Hollys coffee in the lobby made mornings easier. The location was perfect for accessing Myeongdong shopping and other attractions.

The bathroom had a persistent odor, and the hot water was inconsistent.
